As the sole designer at Allianz, I faced the challenge of gathering requirements, understanding constraints, and designing features tailored to support insurance agents.

 

My primary objective for the Allianz Discover App (AZD) was to develop functionalities that support insurance agents in their sales efforts and monitor team performance.

Dec 2023 - Jun 2024 (7 months)

A feature that allows insurance agents to monitor their own and their team's performances, using gamification to facilitate tracking progress towards bonuses and benefits.

AZD Back Office System

2024-2025

I designed the back-office system for internal staff to manage the AZD app, allowing them to oversee sales performance, view agent data, and download reports, optimizing internal workflows and improving operational efficiency.

A gamified leaderboard that lets insurance agents track their rank, compare across roles and sales aspects, and share achievements.
